Medpace is the leading CRO for Biotech companies that has continued its growth year-over-year. We are currently seeking a Vice President, Clinical Trial Management with a focus on Oncology.
Responsibilities
- In this new position, you would report to the Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations and be a key member of the Global Clinical Operations management team and a contributor to the overall success and future growth of Medpace.
- The Vice-President, Clinical Trial Management will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the global Clinical Trial Management group; a pivotal team of Directors and Managers, based in all global regions.
- You would be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and continual improvement in the Clinical Trial Management group.
- Another key component to this role is strategic involvement in developing and maintaining client relationships and ensuring optimal service delivery to our clients.
Qualifications

Masters or PhD in life sciences/medical field.

Experience in successfully leading international CRO Project Management or Clinical Trial Management teams.
- Previous experience and proven ability to lead and motivate staff, think strategically, and execute organizational strategy.
