We are hiring a Physician MD / DO specializing in general medicine to provide supervision to Nurse Practitioners who are conducting, one-time, non-treatment exams related to Veteran's Disability Claims in Columbus, SC.

The Physicians must have the following qualifications
- Supervising Physician
- Current License in the State you will be practicing in
- Can be MD / DO in any specialty
- Responsible for supervising prescribing / non-prescribing Nurse Practitioners
- Previous VA or compensation exam experience is a plus, but not required
Examinations begin with a review of the Veteran's medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veteran's claim.
This material, paired with the Veteran's responses during the exam, will guide you through our web-based examination form.
Due to contractual obligations with the DoD, Health Care Workers performing under this contract must either be a U.S. citizen, or as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U.
S. Citizenship, and Immigration Services, either a noncitizen national of the United States, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or alien authorized to work in the United States.
