Job Description Summary
Drive a customer-focused view to develop and manage technology product roadmaps for all Transamerica product lines. Define, measure and communicate the value of technology investments to our business and technology partners. Embed a business management discipline across the company to ensure the use of business-based decisions around solutions and investments.

Responsibilities
- Work with business partners to align and prioritize business and technology roadmaps and develop solutions for future business opportunities by helping to define economic measures and support business cases.
- Manage interdependencies and common critical path milestones across initiatives; facilitate risk management, issue escalation/resolution, scope change and implementation planning.
- Measure and highlight key performance indicators to demonstrate the value created by investments in operations and technology across all programs, including operational health.
- Manage the portfolio cost and make recommendations to senior leadership and business partners on how to reprioritize optimize the portfolio.
- Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and financial forecasts (annual and quarterly) within and across programs to drive overall delivery goals.
- Manage program governance across compliance, audit, security and risk processes in collaboration with operations and technology partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Ten years of program/project management leadership experience including strategy, planning and financial management
- Experience working in insurance, operations, financial services, or consultant environment
- Outstanding program management skills and track record of program and project execution
- Experience bringing new capabilities to market, improving operations, and driving change management
- Experience building strong customer relationships
- Ability to develop strategic program plans and leverage thought leadership
- Strong business leadership, technology acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels.
- High degree of independent leadership, critical thinking, communication, accountability, analytical and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and be flexible in rapidly-changing scenarios
- Ability to manage virtually and across multiple geographic locations
