The Consultant will lead services engagements with new and existing Bold Group customers. You will assume responsibilities for custom projects and implementation tasks where the end result exceeds the customers' expectations. You will drive deliverables in concert with the Project Manager to organize and control tasks within the defined scope of work. You will take a leadership role on project teams, data conversions, implementations and all consulting engagements while working with clients on an independent basis with little supervision.

We are open to fully remote candidates located anywhere within the United States.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level consulting services to our alarm monitoring and business management customers.

  • Consult with customers to improve their business processes and procedures to maximize product utilization and satisfaction with Bold Group solutions.

  • Audit and analyze customers’ data and processes and provide solutions to improve their businesses through best practice usage of Bold Group products and services.

  • Create and manage consulting projects driving consulting services revenue.

  • Work with the customer success team to provide solutions for at risk customers to minimize and prevent churn.

  • Work with the implementation team to provide guidance for data structure, custom reporting, and best practices for maximizing the functionality of the customer’s solution.

  • Implement existing customer re-engagement strategies improving the customer’s experience and product utilization.

  • Engage with the sales and marketing teams, as requested, as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the alarm monitoring and business management software industry.

  • Work with the marketing team to produce industry leading content via webinars, white papers, case studies, blogs, social media posts, etc.

  • Develop best practices and associated documentation.

  • Proactively engage in continuous learning and improvement regarding Bold Group’s offerings, products, and technologies.

  • Attend trade shows and customer conferences with prospective and current customers, focused on selling products and services.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a technical role in the alarm monitoring or business management software industry

  • Keen understanding of security industry best practices

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server required - SSRS and dashboards a bonus

  • Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise

  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills required

  • Self-motivated and an internal desire to exceed results

  • Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently

  • Ability to travel 80%+ within the US & Canada (post COVID-19)
