Healthcare organization in Brooklyn seeks a bid writer with professional writing skills and healthcare background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that effectively communicate our organization's capabilities and solutions to potential clients. This role requires a blend of clinical, technical writing skills, and attention to detail, ensuring that all proposals are not only compelling but also aligned with the specific needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand healthcare RFPs, RFIs, and other bid documents.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information and insights.
- Ensure all proposals meet company standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Write clear, persuasive, and comprehensive bid proposals that articulate our strengths and value proposition.
- Manage multiple bid submissions, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines without compromising quality.
Skills
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Full computer proficiency and the ability to deliver excellence in following through complex bid procedures and requirements.
- RN or LPN license appropriate
- Strong proofreading skills to identify errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Proficient in word processing software for document creation and editing.
- Experience in technical writing with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent research abilities to gather relevant information efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in editing documents for clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
